Tim Keller Lecture at University of Chicago
This particular lecture took place at the University of Chicago on March 7, 2008. It was a bitter cold night, to say the least. Not to mention Florentina and I getting lost! But, by God's grace, we met a few saints and found the place just in time for the lecture. Having heard so much of this university's adamant liberalism, I was amazed of how many people attended this event.
Tim Keller, in my humble opinion, presented a very credible defense of the Christian faith. He covered many of the skeptical assumptions and his rebuttals found in his new book, 'The Reason for God,' which Florentina purchased for me, and Lord willing, I will post some of my thoughts regarding it. Maybe in the near future.
I am thankful to God for His work in gifting His church with men, such Pastor Keller, who can adequately defend the Gospel. May the Lord be glorified in all things!
